Patrick Newbound
Patrick is our senior Negotiator at Monmouth Property Bureau and offers a wide range of skills and experience within the estate agency business. He started working in the industry in 1981 in North London and has to date sold a huge variety of properties including studio flats, detached family homes and even the occasional country mansion with its historic ties and privileges. Patrick is no stranger to organising difficult sales or complex chains and understands the sale process from beginning to end. Having lived in Monmouth since 2000 and with strong community links, Patrick has an impressive knowledge of the property market in Monmouth and can advise on all aspects of residential sales
Stephen Burridge
Stephen is the lynch pin in our lettings department and the main point of contact for landlords and tenants alike, with responsibility for the administration and property maintenance of our managed properties, as well as marketing new properties and carrying out viewings. With a strong background in customer service and a keen interest in all things to do with property, Stephen ensures our landlords and tenants are well looked after making him an invaluable member of the team.
